The "Kick-off Meeting" of the Green-Clean project took place at the E-CLEAN headquarters in Bucharest, with five representatives from each partner organization participating. The primary goal of the meeting was to ensure a shared understanding of the project’s objectives, roles, and responsibilities, as well as to plan the resources needed for implementation. The project coordinator provided a detailed presentation, highlighting the objectives, expected outcomes, and benefits for the communities in Romania and Cyprus. In-depth discussions were held to clarify the roles of each organization, and this information was synthesized into a table distributed to all participants.

 

The success of the meeting is reflected in the documents produced, such as the project presentation, meeting agenda, attendance lists, impact report, and the finalized implementation plan. Participants positively evaluated the meeting, noting the efficient organization, clear articulation of objectives, and the strengthening of trust between partner organizations—factors that contributed to effective collaboration and long-term support for the Green-Clean project.
