Projects activities
The Green-Clean project was designed with the aim of educating and raising awareness about the importance of using eco-friendly and biodegradable cleaning products. The project activities were crafted to offer a holistic and practical approach, targeting the following objectives: to increase the level of awareness and knowledge about the significance of using eco-friendly cleaning materials and to develop skills in the practices of using ecological cleaning products and protecting the environment. Each activity was developed to ensure a significant and lasting impact on the community and the environment.
Activity 1. Kick Off Meeting TPM-M1 in Romania

The transnational Kick-off meeting took place in Bucharest, at E-CLEAN headquarters and was attended by 5 representatives from each partner organization. The purpose of this meeting was to ensure a common understanding of the objectives, roles and responsibilities, as well as to establish plans and resources necessary for the successful implementation of the project.
The main objectives of the meeting were:

- Identification of roles and responsibilities
- Planning and scheduling
- Administrative aspects
- Establishing a system of communication and collaboration:
- Identifying resources
- Assessing progress
- Risk analysis
Activity 2. Mapping ecological cleaning products

The activity of mapping eco-friendly cleaning products was successfully completed, significantly contributing to the objectives of the Green-Clean project and promoting the use of environmentally friendly cleaning products. This activity involved multiple stages, each completed according to the initially established plan.

The first step of this activity was identifying existing eco-friendly cleaning products on the market. The project partners conducted thorough market research, identifying a wide range of available eco-friendly products. Following this research, a detailed list of the identified products was created, which includes product names and their specifics.

Activity 3. Working visit in Cyprus

The activity took place in Paphos, Cyprus, and was hosted by the partner OPEI. The "Working Visit in Cyprus" followed the planned schedule and marked a crucial moment in the Green-Clean project. This activity was particularly important for the project’s implementation dynamics and in achieving the objectives set by the project. Through active participation in each action carried out during the activity (exchange of best practices, working visits, and knowledge transfer), both partners aimed to optimize the use of the acquired information to implement pro-nature programs in their activities.
The first part of the visit was dedicated to a detailed analysis of the project's progress, focusing on identifying issues and challenges encountered. Representatives from the partner organizations reviewed the activities undertaken, discussed challenges, and proposed solutions for overcoming them. They also evaluated the action plans, analyzing the project’s progress in relation to the established deadlines and budgets, with a focus on ensuring effective coordination between partners to guarantee that objectives were met on time.

Activity 4. The "Green-Clean" Brochure

The "Choose Eco - for a Cleaner Environment" Brochure is an effective tool for conveying information about the benefits of using eco-friendly cleaning products. It provides detailed insights into the negative impact of conventional cleaning products on the environment and human health, aiming to raise awareness and understanding of the importance of using eco-friendly/biodegradable cleaning materials.
By going through the brochure, interested individuals will learn about the benefits of eco-friendly cleaning products and how they can contribute to environmental protection. They will also develop critical thinking skills, as they are encouraged to ask questions and analyze the information to better understand the impact that traditional cleaning products have on the environment and to identify the advantages of eco-friendly alternatives.
In terms of promoting eco-friendly practices, the brochure serves as a valuable tool for encouraging environmentally conscious behaviors within the community.
The brochure is structured into chapters that contain clear and concise information, making it easy to follow and ensuring the content is memorable and easy to retain.
Activity 5.1. Workshop Clean-Green - Romania​
The Ecological and Sustainable Cleaning Workshop was organized with the aim to educate and motivate participants to adopt more responsible and environmentally friendly practices. The workshop dedicated to promoting the use of green cleaning products was designed as an educational and motivational effort to sensitize and encourage participants to opt for more responsible and environmentally friendly practices in cleaning and waste management.

Activity 5.2. Workshop Clean-Green - Cyprus​
The workshop EcoClean: Green Cleaning for a Healthier Environment aimed primarily at educating participants about the importance of ecological cleaning and promoting sustainable practices that protect the environment and health. The activities carried out were structured into five thematic modules, complemented by interactive sessions and practical exercises.
In a global context where environmental protection is becoming increasingly urgent, the workshop EcoClean: Green Cleaning for a Healthier Environment was designed as an educational initiative aimed at addressing the challenges posed by the use of conventional cleaning products. These products, while essential for maintaining hygiene, can have negative effects on the environment and human health due to their high content of harmful chemicals. Thus, the main objective of the workshop was to raise awareness among participants and promote sustainable practices that contribute to protecting the planet..............
Activity 6. Green-Clean Awareness raising campaign​
The Green-Clean Awareness Campaign was conducted in both partner countries, Romania and Cyprus. Through this campaign, the partners aimed to inform and educate the general public about the importance of using eco-friendly and biodegradable cleaning materials. The primary goal of the campaign was to raise awareness and knowledge regarding the environmental and human health implications of traditional cleaning products.
The campaign provided practical and useful information about alternatives to conventional cleaning products, empowering the public to make informed choices and shift toward a more eco-friendly lifestyle. Participants were also encouraged to share the knowledge they gained and inspire others to adopt sustainable practices.
The Green-Clean Awareness Campaign contributed to the development of participants' skills and competencies in using and creating eco-friendly and biodegradable cleaning products. This was achieved by offering clear and practical information about these products and their impact on the environment. Participants learned about the harmful chemicals present in conventional cleaning products, their potential effects on health and the environment, and the benefits of choosing greener, healthier alternatives.
